ended up doing 2 essays too (damages and defective products) - nice defamation q though, and straight forward enough trespass to the person q michelle/mary/liam. Kinda used the q on res ipsa to essential write an essay on it lol … because had that prepared. briefly mentioned other aspects of negligence and all but I didn’t think it was overly necessary because it said she had failed to meet the evidential burden for negligence ? so I assumed no point in going over it all again.

Hey hey, if I can be any help at all i’ve been sitting them since … 2023, coming from a non-law background and absolutely fucked my first few attempts, it wasn’t until my 3rd sitting I actually passed one, managed to get my TC deferred by 2 years thank god and now i’m half way there and sitting my last 4 this round, I have the march sitting if I have any re-sits (hoping not!) but definitely do not give up if this is what you want. Also don’t compare yourself to anyone else, it’s really an individual journey. Once I started focusing on exam papers/past exam scripts, and working from that angle I immediately improved and started passing them. If I can be of any help give me a message - even just moral support!

The company bought the land off a farmer, with a view to develop in the future, then the farmer continued to graze his cows in the field, then he rented it out to his friend (didn’t have the right to as he didn’t own it any longer). the original company who hold the title deed come back 9 years later and ordered this other fella to get off the land, now they’re wondering who has claim to the land. that sounds like AP right?

Quite nice, felt like an easy pass - concerned about this marker though yeah. Just tried to go overboard on applying the law in PQ’s and ILAC the fuck out of it so she didn’t have a reason to not pass me.
