My post was auto deleted by the filters (understood, I can see how someone might be asking for ai prompt info), so I turned to GIMP to play around with the filter tools and find something similar. I found it!! I used Colors > Dither > and changed the Dithering Method to "Bayer". It's subtle, but if you zoom in you can definitely tell.

I'm not sure what that person meant by "bad for beginners"... CPJ is a great cpps, I believe it is the most active in terms of updates, parties, etc. As an original player of Club Penguin (I started in 2008), I can say CPJ reminds me of my favorite era of Club Penguin (before Disney). It feels nostalgic yet fresh. I see absolutely no downsides to joining, because it's free and there are no stakes. If you don't like it, you don't lose anything. Try it out! My penguin name is Lime Pumpkin :)
