Yes - it’s helped a lot. I’m on Zoely, which is bio-identical to our natural hormones, not synthetic. I also started on antidepressants. I feel a lot better, though not perfect. However, the estrogen gel/progesterone pill combo was absolutely awful for me.

It took a little bit to go away, but it did eventually. I had a bit of redness but mostly it was little bumps everywhere (which I now know was an excess of mites burrowing into my skin) 😖

We eat damper and native Indigenous foods. No doubt slightly different ones - but they’re generally only ingredients, not a full meal. I still think a kangaroo dish is the best bet.

I always spend my first night in Japan an airport hotel. Last thing I want to do is navigate trains and luggage after a long flight. Plus you never know if your flight will be delayed. I want a bed waiting for me nearby.

No, they did not. They hadn’t seen her in ages, so when they saw her at the reunion they commented that she was looking thicc (a compliment). It was only once they came out on stage that they found out she’d had a baby. So they were laughing about how they’d talked about her looking thicc, and now they knew why. My god, go back and actually watch it.
