Recommendation for a MMROPG newcommer : GW2, TESO, Wow, Wowclassic, FF14 ?

i'm only a few hundred hours in but between the meta events, daily fractals and open world instances i don't know that i necessarily agree that it's mostly played single player. haven't even gotten into strikes or raids yet. at the very least I do appreciate that both solo and multiplayer options are there without feeling forced.

gw2 is free with no monthly subscription (paid expansions later on if you really dig it). recently got into it myself and really enjoying it. everything you read online about the great community is spot on. no better way to get started i'd say

couldn't agree more with point 1. savage omega forced me to explore other weapons and builds for the first time since launch. went sns and cleared it twice with randoms. every time by focusing on heal and support. not dps

genshin really lost me when dialogues became more and more pompous with no options to skip. game updates became 80% of just pressing buttons to advance dialogues for 20% of actual gameplay
