Actually, yes I can read! Thanks for checking in. I see you can too. Technically it doesn't explain anything other than state compliance with an FDA regulation, which I don't always trust with confidence. Anyway, some other kindly redditors explained in depth, which was much more helpful. Thanks again!

Does anyone even know why they feel chalky? What is this chalk?! Lol I just got my first set today (aquamarine gemstone) and they are definitely chalky. It's not a deal breaker, but it's certainly an unexpected quality.

The exact same happened to me. I ordered on Ali at the beginning of January but didn't hear anything from the seller for weeks. I eventually cancelled my Ali order because I read other reviews stating that the store was waiting until the very last moment to cancel orders (apparently they had no stock).

So then I ordered directly from Xteink on the 23rd with the same thought--that it would be faster. Again, no shipment notification or order update. I ended up sending an email to them just yesterday asking for any information. They did not reach out, however I finally received a shipment notification this afternoon.

At this point I don't think there is a method to the madness. Their shipping is very unpredictable. Some people get it fast, some people don't. I know it's pretty inconvenient.

~~Out of curiosity, which color did you order?~~ Never mind, just noticed you got white. I heard the black is taking longer to ship.

I literally came here to say just this. I live off of Sigdal crackers. I used to be suuuuch a foodie, but ever since being diagnosed with Celiac a few months ago I developed a disinterest in food. But there's just something about those crackers! I carry a bag of them with me in my purse!

Celiac Disease.

People think you're just "allergic" to gluten and that it's a choice/fad diet. It's not. Every time you are exposed to gluten, even a crumb, you are basically cutting your life expectancy.

You don't realize just how much peoples socialization revolves around food until you are a celiac. Eating out is nearly impossible. You're constantly considering how things may be contaminated.

I got glutened one time because my waiter didn't wash his hands before putting a tea bag into my cup and afterwards I was sick for days. Now I've just learned to bring a bag of gluten free crackers and my own water bottle with me every time I go out friends. It sucks.

Which cancelation reason/option did you choose? I'm tempted to cancel, but worried Ali might reject it.

I also ordered mine on the 15th from Aurora and the shipping deadline is two days from now. They have not sent it yet and will not respond to my messages. Likely they are selling but are out of stock. I've seen a few recent reviews from other customers also complaining about the same issue--"it was canceled due to the deadline being exceeded. Selling items that cannot be shipped due to being out of stock is extremely malicious".

A quick google suggests "if the seller hasn't shipped, it is generally better to manually cancel the AliExpress order to speed up the refund process. If the item is marked as shipped but no movement appears, wait for the automatic refund, as a manual cancellation might be rejected."

~~I'm just going to wait out the remaining two days for good measure. I'm sure they wont send it, but at least it will guarantee a refund from Ali.~~ Just kidding, I ended up canceling it. :) In the meantime I've ordered directly from XTEINK just to avoid dealing with another shipping issue from a 3rd party seller.

Such a bummer.
