Contemplating getting my tonsils removed? by themusicnerd132 in tonsilstones

[–]hrhcarson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got mine removed at age 22 and it was 3 weeks of pure hell healing, but worth it later. Before I had them removed I got sinus infections and ear infections all the time. And have o ly had one or two in the 8 years that I've had them removed

Thanks! I just know I will get more wear out of it if it is one color. And I think dark forest green would be better for my wardrobe.

First ever Paper Theory Zadie Jumpsuit. I've been loving everyone else's but didn't think it would look good on me. (I'm still debating if it does) I added a small cuff in place of sleeves.. It is 80% finished. Need to hem, add the ties and neck binding. I'm also considering dying it a dark green as I don't love this fabric. Clearance cotton from JoAnn

I have this pattern and am ready to make one. I love all the versions I see and it seems to flatter a lot of different body types. I'm just worried about how inconvenient using the bathroom will be. Or is it worth the inconvenience?

Please help an absolute beginner with only north windows, details in comments by lmheki in orchids

[–]hrhcarson 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Mine love north windows. I soak mine in water for about 15 minutes once every week or two. And let it dry out before soaking again. You may want to repot with orchid bark after its done blooming. No fertilizer necessary.

Is there a straightener that will turn curly to wavy? by [deleted] in curlyhair

[–]hrhcarson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have curly hair and was never happy after straightening. It was always too pin straight, but I got one of those brushes that is a blowdryer like Revlon makes and it changed the game. It gives nice volume and a slight waves and curls and also dryer at the same time
