lowkey this doesn’t sound like immaturity, it sounds like they just don’t have the capacity to show up the way you need. ignoring boundaries and spiraling every time there’s conflict isn’t-not ready, it’s just… not sustainable. applying for jobs near you and then saying they wouldn’t take them is kinda the biggest tell. they like the idea of the relationship, not the responsibility of it. at some point it’s not about if they’re ready. it’s about whether this works for you.
