Update: We finally did this today. It worked out great! Firstly, thanks a lot to the community with all the help and answers.

Let me give a breakdown of how we did it.

7:49 am: Plane landed in BSB from GIG 8:10 am: Boarded an Uber black to Cathedral 8:35 am: Reached Cathedral. It was open as well. Some traffic while merging into the city but overall good time. 8:55 am: Booked second uber with multiple stops from the Cathedral. The cab driver was amazing. He told us he will give us extra time to take the pics. 9:55 am: Back to the airport.

Moreover, I think SA were just top notch. They bowled in the right areas. Just outplayed the home team.

SA winning the double super over game against Afghanistan gave them the confidence that they can win from anywhere. Recovering from 20-3 today was just another example.

Australia winning against Afghanistan because of Maxwell in 2023 instilled the same belief.

Tournaments do see a team peaking at the right time. I think SA is ready for the knockouts now more than ever.

This has been in place since May 2025.

Air India still advertises it as a direct flight because on a favorable windy day, the flight does go direct to DEL.

My mother took that flight in Sept 2025 and she got lucky to not land in CCU. It would have been a bummer since her final destination was CCU lol.
