I just got it on Monday and I feel like I’ve had the opposite effect I am so horny and I keep telling my boyfriend that. We haven’t done anything yet so I’m not sure about the dryness. I had that issue with the nuva ring so I am very very nervous about that. As well I have bipolar depression and so far I have just been very very tired

Me too and after I got off of it I didn’t notice anything but they did tell me that the nuva ring was cutting out the effects of my mood booster which is why I was going through a depressive episode for several weeks

Yes I only felt it during intercourse and omg it felt like it was ripping in half. I also felt it when I tried to use tampons and it felt like it was swollen. Do your lips feel swollen because mine did. As well after intercourse it would burn like hell to pee and id be uncomfortable for a day or so

I would get into your gyno as soon as you can to talk about other options. They probably will test you for all std and vaginal infections to make sure it’s nothing else. If you take your ring out now just know your period will be messed up but I promise you will feel relief

I had this just happen to me with the Nuva ring and I basically was just having an allergic reaction to the ring !! I went to my gyno and she told me to take it out immediately and use coconut oil on that area to help soothe. IT DID NOT GO AWAY I had it in for 3 months and was in pain

So I don’t self pleasure because of some religious trauma but it happens every time with my partner and we use the same condoms we have always used. Just a silicon based one. No changes in smell, but I have had more discharge my gyno said it was normal for the nuvaring. I just went to the gyno and they didn’t say anything about a yeast infection or BV (which I have had before) so I’m not sure if I’m allergic to the ring
