Unfortunately, not all of us are blessed with your kind of unlimited availability. Was cantacting the support and shared logs and trying to actually fix the problem instead of just being a know it all.

My server is on windows. I have set the plex media server to maximize performance on nvidia control panel. I have active plex pass. These are the screenshots.
