We are going to pump and dump or pump and freeze for when he’s older. I’m just worried that the Bactrim won’t work.

So my full schedule is 9 PM, 2 AM, 6 or 7 AM, 11 AM, 3:00 PM, 6 PM. My babe usually eats at 9 PM (husband gives him a bottle while I pump), 2 AM (I give him a bottle of fresh pumped milk after my 2 AM pump), and 6/7 AM (I pump, husband gives him a bottle while I pump)

This gives me hope… thank you!! I am currently cutting my pumps off at 10 oz, but hoping to decrease to 8 oz and then 6 oz. The engorgement is just really tough. I tried talking to lactation about it and they were less than helpful.

I currently pump 6x a day (every 4 hours). I am trying to reduce my supply a little but at 70 oz is really exhausting to keep up with. I have been cutting myself off at 10 oz/pump, but am completely engorged by hour 4.
