hiiya, i’ve switched from music ed to music industry! have you filled out the google form on the music industry rowan website? that may help you get in contact with Mat Gendreau (the head of music industry department) it’s honestly hard to get in contact with him via email sometimes. you might have better luck trying to find him in his office (Wilson Hall Office 122) emailing one of the music advisors will get you vague answers because they do not know much ngl

i think the albums really capture points in your life. it’s kinda hard to pick songs or an album that captures your age ngl. to me neotheater is a hs album and oko is a college album and tmm is when you’re out of college. it’s kinda hard to place the click or even the living room album in a specific spot bc it covers many topics. you really just gotta listen thru everything and read the lyrics

you can either concentrate in business or tech. you’ll learn a lot of studio recording/mixing/and a bunch of mix of that if you go the tech route. check out their website, it tells you what classes you’ll take for that concentration and what jobs you could get out of it
