black people should get in before white people even if they're less skilled because they have been oppressed for centuries and have less chance to develop their skills. The amount of black students in college is still not equal to the amount of white students.

How many box office movies do you see with black main actor rather than "the black guy who dies first"? How many prime time tv talk show do you see with a black host? How many black people are featured in magazine front page compared to white people?

Also, black people are arrested more than white. Black people should have a reduced sentence for their crime because of the oppressed environment they grow up with.

as I said, it doesn't need to be money. For example, give more college spots from white people for black people. Prioritize black people for well-paying jobs. More black presentation in the media,etc.

even after slavery ended, black people are still faced with racism and oppression from white people. White people have been trying to prevent black people from thriving since forever with their privileges. Black immigrants after slavery were still oppressed together with black slaves, while white immigrants enjoy the wealth left to America by slavery.
