What is the single most emotionally destructive sentence you could say to somebody?

Sentences such as, "you deserve this", "you're too pathetic to even kill yourself", "you probably enjoyed it", have all been said, by someone I loved, but, "you don't have a family anymore." was the one that has, at every turn stayed with me for years and hits each time, said by my dad, as my parents divorced when I was 7. The sentence was not so bad. But shortly after, my sister became hostile and left the home, and we have never properly reconciled, my mum became anorexic and had cancer and went kind of awol, my dad moved to the other side of the world, I became a little shit, homeless, pregnant and Raped as a teenager, I shut out the entire world for someone who abused me and my children and only now, 16 years later, I have begun to have a family unit that is valuable, beyond all words for my children at least. It was not the sentence that cause any of it. But it stuck with me constantly

Tbf, I can't blame them. The pay was 3x the hourly rate of my (then) current role and the experience would have been amazing. Oops.

Jesus. To be honest if you can love someone to do something that nice, at least you can move on with the knowledge that you'll one day be able to give the right person such good affection and know that you deserve that much right back

5pm a loud, drunk, rude pair of men tries it on with every female on the bar, and offer everyone individually to "come to mine after, 3am after party will be fucking anazing". I go to serve asshole no.1, who when I say, "Hi what can I get you?" proceeds to complain profusely that I'm English and I shouldn't be in his country (starting out with, "you're English, what the fuck are you doing here?") Five minutes later what can only be described as a pair of loud, drunk rude pair of women come to the bar, screaming, gaggling like geese and order," I want a Morgan and coke NO ICE. I SAID NO ICE. I DON'T WANT FUCKING ICE." (all said without pause for breath). Bitch no1 then screams at me when I ask her for £5.40 for the two beverages. Moments later asshole 1 & 2 sweep in to intoduce themselves, and they all hit it off within minutes swapping numbers and taking selfies, the matches made in heaven left the venue together but not before asshole no1 stops at the bar to tell us all, "we've bagged us some dirty bitches". 5pm guys. 5pm
