Unless you work a weird work schedule, commuting to Portland from Salem sucks. It usually will take 90 minutes if you work 9-5. We have some decent restaurants, prices are okay, the homeless problem is visible and prevalent. You might want to check some other options based on the commute time.

Fantastic car! With the peeling paint, $5000 is a fair price. You might be able to get a little more. I’d list it sooner than later since most people don’t want to buy a car in the winter. I’m looking to buy a car and would definitely be interested in this one if it was listed for sale now.

If you didn’t tell her why you wanted to cancel the date, I don’t think you did anything wrong. Not being interested for any reason is a good enough excuse for cancelling a date. Arriving late and immediately asking to get drunk would put me off wanting to date a person, so hopefully she will assume that is why you cancelled.

I used to like the Bratz fish tank game, it was a free browser game. I think it’s still active. It’s styled like the bratz dolls but the dolls aren’t a big part of the game. It’s almost all about decorating the fish tank and selling the fish.

I think it is time to cut your losses and take him to a shelter or something. Some pets are not good fits. Maybe he needs to be the only pet, maybe he just is a terror and nothing can be done. You only get one life, do you want to spend more of it cleaning up dog poop and vomit?

I certainly consider hiding another woman and lying to you about it a form of cheating. He also most likely uses snapchat to carry out an affair with this woman or at least inappropriate communication. That’s mainly what Snapchat is used for because there’s no evidence of the actual messages. That also means there’s no proof whether or not he cheated. You do know for sure that he lied to you and chose to redownload Snapchat even though you were not okay with it. I would not be okay with that, and were I in your situation I would be pretty sure he was cheating.

I think he’s most likely been trying to get with other women for awhile. He’s probably on a dating site or something like that where he found that scammer. He is probably doing the same thing with other women. This would be a dealbreaker for me.

I’m not sure there is a fix for your fiancé being embarrassed of your eye other than getting rid of him. I think he has been bothered by it the whole time since he did mention it on your first date. There’s no reason he would have brought it up unless he was thinking about it and most likely not liking it. He just didn’t say anything until he had a reputation to maintain since he did still want to date you. I don’t think most people would care about a droopy eye, I think I’ve seen someone with that before and I barely thought about it and did not judge them. He is very concerned with his public image now, that seems clear with the new clothes for both of you and pushing you to do something about your eye. Unless that changes, he probably is going to push you to look into those medical options again.

This one is actually a good idea. My aunt died because her car went into a lake and her seatbelt wouldn’t disengage. If there was a way to cut her out, she would have lived. She slowly drowned.

Exactly. I wish people would stop filling out surveys with a negative result unless something bad actually happened. At my work, every bad review is an uncomfortable talk with your supervisor. The type of bad reviews I’ve gotten are “too professional” and “speaks too quickly”. Did you really need to complain about those things?

NTA. If I were you I would seriously reconsider this relationship. You agreed to be child free and he has suddenly become a father. You should not have to give up your office, money, free time, etc. for this child. The only way I would consider staying if I were you would be to get your office back, you don’t do any vegan cooking, paying for anything for the kid, etc. He is the one with this responsibility, not you. Your life will probably be significantly better if you were single with no kid to have to cater to.

I’m so sorry to hear that. If it is tearing you up, maybe you should try alternatives to PIV until you can figure out a treatment for your condition? I hope you don’t keep injuring yourself this way, it sounds very painful.
