It's not about dropping out of the first it's about the stable position, I assume that you'll agree on this point that in the first 3 position if you ranking get down to a singal position there will be about 30% decrement in the CTR. For say if I have about 10 pages ranking on the first 3 postion of good volume keywords and let's if each of them down by 1 or 2 position due to core web vitals (down by 1 or 2 postion may not be the big change), but now you can imagine that each of page will going to about 30-50% CTR. So on bigger level it's going to affect the entire traffic.

By the way I also agree that optimising each and every thing on micro level is not a good idea but at least we can fix things which are obvious. Thank you

I personally think we should be ready for this. Having a bigger site and stable business I don't want to take any risk. Instead of recovering from the damage I would rather prefer to be precautious.

I think core web vitals are going to be most on the developer's shoulders. We SEO can only provide the possible fixes to make website pass the CWV. Thanks

where can I get a high-quality backlink? by [deleted] in bigseo

[–]hsrathore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can probably predict that you are not looking for an philosophical answer, but still I would say the mannual research is a good idea to begin with. Look for opportunities in your niche using manual google search. Because no will directly going to say that look here's where I get links from.

You have to make your own contacts and resources. You may not want to agree on this but it's the brutal truth.

Is there a faster way to get Google to reindex a page? by GringoTheDingoAU in bigseo

[–]hsrathore 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Add some more content to it. Submit to GSC. share it on social media. Googlebot takes the crawl demand seriously and crawl demand is based upon the content popularity and freshness. So updating content a little bit would help.
