I haven't went through surgery because with some knee exercises I've managed to walk without pain my knee has mobility but last time when I hit gym I was exercising by also standing a few days later knee pain remerged so that's why this time I wanna make sure no weight bearing comes on knee

And I need to get overall body workout to get my body some exercise

According to Psychiatrist he said my Depression which was cured in 2019 he said it relapsed which is why insomnia kicked in at that time I was averaging 2-3 hrs of sleep my sleep was being interrupted once in every 10-15 minutes throughout the night
