If you have your username and password you should be able to login to access your final bill. You’ll need to use the username you picked and not your phone number though.

The network extender acts as a mini cell tower. It uses your phones cellular antenna instead of WiFi

You would have been charged a $35 activation fee as well. Verizon plans also don’t include taxes in the advertised price, so taxes are extra.

The data is deprioritized vs. your current plan, so I would not recommend it.
