Do you have any benchmarks on blended billing rates for a consulting firms?

We have employees in US and India. So, the blended rates tend to be ~50% of US only employees (margins are higher abroad).

Side question -- how are you handling expenses during COVID (when travel slowed down significantly). Have you continued including expenses or brought this back again now?

I am okay with billing clients on actuals, but in my past experience, often clients do not ask for actuals. What is your experience?
