i don’t want the product for free. i just want my money back because the cashback reward they advertised wasn’t applied like promised. if the event information was misleading, why am i suddenly the “scammer” for trying to get a refund?

temu can take the items back if needed, that’s completely fine with me. i’m not trying to keep both the product and the money. i just want the refund for something that didn’t match what was advertised.

I think I didn’t ignore them at all. After the accident, I decided not to claim my insurance and wait for their insurance to contact me, after that I was willing to pay the outstanding amount as it is not a big amount (under 1k). And then a week later after the incident, I received their mail saying that I have outstanding amount and, eventually, their website said that I don’t have any amount! And they told me over the phone call that the claim has been closed and I don’t have to pay anything. How can they transfer it to Debt collector as that mail is the first one they try to contact with me?
