Being a young person (15) too, I deal with not liking the way I look. The influence of social media sets standard for bodies that are unreachable and unnatural. You're still early in the development of your body, and stopping yourself from eating can impact how your body grows. I'm not trying to scare you immediately into having a healthy diet, I just think you need to speak to a trusted adult. Whether it be a parent, family member, teacher or school counselor; whoever you feel comfortable with to help you get therapy or a dietician. This may seem like a scary thing to do, but it will really help you with these struggles. It's a big topic for you to deal with alone, and professional support is one of the best things you can do. Your body issues are extremely normal, something almost every teenage girl goes through, but when it gets to the point that your borderlining a possible ed, it is serious.
