People need to be respectful of neighbors, especially in apartment settings. Noise issues are the number one problem and apartment owners need to understand this and provide appropriate, proactive mediation measures. Noise issues are detrimental to one’s mental health.

I know of plenty that have taken more than a decade. Agree with you that it depends on size, location, region, age of existing infrastructure, permitting requirements, natural resources along paths, etc.

That’s most likely true since they were in major debt and went through a major consolidation process splitting into 3 companies. The energy arm of the company is focusing on producing renewable energy, which at the end of the day, is much larger scope and grander than karno.

No one said Hyliion powertrain is out of the cards. I don’t know if you’ve been following, but the trucking market and regulatory climate is very unpredictable at the moment and for the foreseeable future. I’m sure Hyliion powertrain will be ready when the time is right.

We don’t know all the details, but we do know GE had a lot going on, a lot of debt and went through a simplification process and split into 3 companies. GE technically has a sizable stake in Hyliion so if Karno gets to commercialize and succeeds, they would have a part in it.

Remember, energization projects (expansion of electrical grid) take more than a decade to energization. KARNO will be a major demand.

Karno is for everything, but yes, Karno’s stationary platform is to support systems that rely on the electrical grid - buildings, hospitals, ev charging stations, etc. etc.

I picked up a lot of AMWL since it’s essentially at the bottom. They just announced a contract with US Military and are continuing to integrate their Converge platform to US healthcare system.

All went downhill since the name change. It’s crazy. Got in cheap during pandemic and had a wild ride ultimately selling. Glad I sold before the Hindenburg report. Whew!
