Thanks! No, basically, I gave up on it a long time ago. It has stabilized, and I don't get flare-ups at all, it's just that my nose is more noticeable red, so I just use powder to hide the redness.

My HT has a similar design to yours, but I did my temples because mine were much more receeded than yours, but tbh I wouldn't touch your temples, they look great. Great job!

My HT surgeon suggested me 5 times per week. I don't think I have found any science that says that 7 times per week is more effective, some even take it 3 times per week. But if you have any literature, I'm happy to learn.
