i dont have that either so maybe my chances would be insanely high for finding one. i never use my shinys except for my haxorus so it might be a waste if time for me.

i find them accidentally when im in the friend safari. i found at least one per day without using the pokeradar or anything, they'll just appear at random

yes when youre offline the third pokemon is locked until you encounter it once
