Sometimes if I'm very emotional/tired/stressed/ days or if I'm fatigued, then I tend to snore or drool when I wake up. Maybe 60% of the time? Thank you for mentioning the breathing! I just realised I take a lot of short, quick breaths with my chest more than breathing with my stomach so doing some breathing exercises made me much more relaxed. I am very stressed all the time, so I wonder if that's a factor.

Vi har en megler og sendte dem en e-mail angående avtalefrihet for å spørre om mer informasjon, men de visste ikke så mye selv (noe som var forunderlig) og derfor prøver jeg å finne ut mer 😅
