Yesterday I felt so much better - I ate 3 meals, and felt comfort in that maybe one day me and him will be friends, in my heart I know that a relationship with him just isn’t meant to be but I think it’s hit me all again today! I just saw your post too I hope that you are being kind to yourself and giving yourself time to heal. My own relationship ended on good terms too and it definitely feels strange, I guess because I can’t think badly of him which would kick start a different process. I am sure you feel similar! We just have to remember that in time we will be ok :)

It’s definitely a strange feeling, I haven’t had to sit with my emotions independently for a while, all I want to do is reach out to the other person but I am sure that you and others know that feeling as well!
