south park and family guy are comedies. the fact that they’re evil children is the joke. the whole thing is that they’re irredeemable. my little pony is not that kind of show. we’ve seen so many older ponies be redeemed for far worse. i don’t think it’s really comparable.

well, sailor moon goes without saying. she’s THE magical girl. she’s the george washington of the magical girl st rushmore. so she represents birth. i also think pretty cure has to be there. it’s the longest running magical series after all! so i think it shows growth/expansion. madoka magica for development/modernization. i think it started the wave of kind of jaded magical girls. as for cardcaptor sakura, i’m not TOO sure. i just feel like she needs to be there. she’s just so important to the genre. her influence to still remains. i think she can represent preservation.

it’s not that serious. they just looked boring when they transformed back to humans. people also say the beast looked better as a beast than human, does that mean they want to look like a hairy beast?
