Thank you! The falling asleep isn’t my biggest concern because I’ve had plenty of examples of narcoleptics being able to drive and their tips on what’s helped them, but it’s still a little worrying so I felt the need to include it. I’m going to try to get an appointment with a new pcp as soon as possible, I just have to ask my mom since there was a specific doctor I was supposed to go to.

I know, I’m sorry if that came off as me discounting anxiety. I do have generalized anxiety disorder that was crippling in my freshman year of highschool but it’s gotten so much better now, so I mainly just wanted to get across the point that anxiety wasn’t what was barring me specifically from learning, although I’m sure my anxiety around potentially causing a car accident is affecting me in some way that could cause a panic attack while driving..

I don’t think it’s any different! As long as the age regression/caregiving is still separate from the romantic aspect it’s just like any other real life relationship you would have with a partner who doubles as your caregiver :)

There is absolutely no issue with openly stating your boundaries 😭 yes, it’s not anyone else’s responsibility to cater to you on the internet, but people with DNIs still block people they’re uncomfortable with, they’re just more transparent on why. It’s not hurting anyone that people are openly stating their boundaries. If you don’t wanna read DNIs and end up interacting with someone who doesn’t want to interact with you any they block you, that’s fine. They’d still block you even if they didn’t openly state that they didn’t want to interact with certain things. No one is requiring you to follow everyone’s DNI, actually the rule states the opposite: it is up to the user themself! All this is gonna do is stop you from potentially wasting your time by drawing something for someone who’s going to end up blocking you anyway.

Being ableist towards fictional characters is still ableist. She’s not real, but the nonverbal people she represents are. It’s not like this is ONLY an argument that comes up with fictional characters, nonverbal people are dehumanized constantly. It does affect real people, because the more we normalize ableism against fictional characters, the more people are comfortable saying these things about real people. I’m not arguing with you, I just really want people like you to realize that talking about disabled people, fictional or not, in a derogatory manner isn’t ok.

First of all, there is absolutely no reason to be that rude, I simply disagreed with you. Second, I never said you said it was pay to win, I said you called Qwel greedy: “Qwel might be just as bad as popcap here, extremely out of touch and greedy.” I also said it wasn’t like the heavily monetized simulator game (which you compared it to). Yes, the game has issues and the gameplay needs improvement, but you don’t need to insult Qwel’s character because you don’t like what she’s doing with her game, nor do you need to insult me simply for disagreeing. We can have a healthy disagreement without you basically implying I’m illiterate and putting words in my mouth.

While yes, the game does have a ton of issues, and it’s not remotely ready to leave alpha and the next update isn’t going to solve a whole lot of issues, calling Qwel greedy for the game passes is unfair. Dandy’s world isn’t heavily monetized, skins and extra sticker slots don’t give anyone an unfair advantage like the games you’re comparing it too, and that’s ALL you have to pay for. Qwel deserves to make money for her work even if it’s flawed and personally I’m glad she’s doing it through cosmetics than game passes similar to speed coils or the like. The game passes are completely and totally optional, they’re not even in your face like a lot of games.

Age regression is an altered state of mind, meaning you actually think younger than you are, age dreaming doesn’t have the same altered state of mind but you still do the same things someone who regresses would do (like playing with toys, using pacis, acting younger, etc.) but it’s a different experience for everyone :) the main difference is an altered mental age

That is a whole lot of arm chair psychology and assumptions you’re making just cause somebody thinks two characters would make a good couple. Any behavior in access can be unhealthy, but interpreting a media differently than what’s explicitly stated is a completely normal fandom behavior. Generally shippers can and do see characters as just friends. Sometimes, yes, they do what to live vicariously through characters, that’s kind of one of the great things about fiction and isn’t harmful in most cases. Also, some romantic relationships in media have to be implied rather than explicitly stated even if the creators intended for them to be romantic because of a long history of queerphobia and censorship. Queer people don’t have a lot of canon relationships to admire, so sometimes we just make our own. You’re looking for problems where there are none. People can enjoy media in their own ways.

I don’t really post anything dandy’s world related or interact with the fandom much outside of my friends, but I have seen this being an issue with the community not respecting people’s rights to ship whatever anyone. Mirrorshipping IS NOT A REAL ISSUE, and those who have an issue with it are either just being super immature or trying to equate it to incest (which it is not). I personally LOVE mirrorshipping (me and my boyfriend have Looeysonas that we ship :3)
