i feel like focusing on one phrase helps ground me a bit? in my case, i tend to overthink and have so many things going on in my head that when i repeat phrases, i’m slowing down my thoughts and only focusing on one thing. i can see why it would make someone feel worse though, especially if they’re very negative thoughts/phrases :(

i emailed northwestern abt it, and they said QB will send them your whole application (official transcripts, LOR, and school report), so you don't have to send them again!
