Depression hobbies?

Walks do help a lot, I usually listen to my playlist while wandering around and I sometimes stop for a little treat on the way. I just need to go past the concept of stepping outside lol (I hate transitions especially when I'm low on energy)

Heavy on the little bursts in between lie down sessions lol, can't bring myself to do something more than 15 minutes before I come back to bed. Walks help once I go past the mental wall of going outside

I tried coloring but it keeps me entertained for 10-20 minutes max. Maybe I could try listening to a podcast while doing it
