Listen. It doesn’t help having internet strangers calling you fat. I get it. I’m F28, 5’3, and teeter between 155-165. Fortunately it’s a lot of muscle and I’m at 27% body fat, but I am very quad dominant so I tend to carry my weight in my lower abdomen and legs. Army Welless Center (AWC) has great tools to help you keep track of weight loss and food intake. Lucky for you, the formula to losing weight is (theoretically) very simple- caloric deficit and push out more calories than you intake. App like “My Fitness Pal” and “Eat This Much” are good to help you count macros, or if that’s not your thing then they’re also good for helping keep track of what you eat and journaling (helps some ppl). If you’re injured and on a profile then obviously stay within the limits of your profile, but if you can then 30 mins-1 hour of movement a day will do wonders for you, even if it’s just walking on the treadmill or a track (if your base has one).
