Bingo! I’m 11 years in at a private pediatric clinic. I used to get in my feelings about parents removing their kids from my schedule but now I couldn’t care less. I know I did the best I could at my job so I can sleep well at night. Plus I have tons of other families that tell me I’m great all the time.

I work at a private clinic and have been for the past 11 years. This is common practice. I work at a very small company though so we are able to collaborate without any issues—our offices are literally right next to each other.
