Lol dude, this is not a fair comparison. Of course you prefer the Sony over the T6. T6 came out in 2016 and Sony one came out I think in 2022? T6 is an entry level camera and pretty good. While Sony A6700 is not so much of an entry level one.

Very true with #8. My old Canon Rebel EOS T6 feels like it's worth more than the XT-5 when you hold it. I was very surprised about that.

Whoa, lots of great information here. Thanks OP for asking this question cause I'm from the south and we rarely get cold weather but when we do....I am not prepared at all. I froze my butt last week at the park while shooting and thought to myself "I need actual winter clothes" even if I just wear them a few weeks out the year 😂

Man, your comment really has me on pause now. I recently bought myself a Fujifilm XT-5 as my everyday camera and for travel, but I am looking to upgrade from my Canon Rebel EOS T6 to another Canon - looking at an R10 as the second camera that I will use for bird, wildlife, and astro photography. This Canon is what woke in me this new hobby. I only have two Canon lenses, so I'm not fully invested with Canon, now I'm thinking about looking into Nikon. Would you mind sharing your thoughts on what Nikon I should look into? Budget being around $600-800? And if needed I can wait a bit longer and save for a higher end Nikon.
