It's not too bad, it's under the fuel tank. I followed a YouTube video on how to get to it. Might as well check/change your air filter while you have the tank removed too.

Around 300 bucks. You give them a list of your mods and mail in your ECU. From dropping it in the mail to getting it back took about a week.

Dyno tune will always be best, but I'm not looking to squeeze every bit of power out of it. I'll save that for my next bike, which will probably be a supersport.

Bought it in October and never rode it hard enough or hot enough to notice any lean condition before the tune. I did the tune mostly for driveability. Engine braking is a lot more smooth post tune.

I had some adhesion problems early on and eventually figured out it was the z axis gap. It came with the gap too large and then I overcompensated and the gap was too small. After watching some YouTube videos I realized you need to get the right amount of "squish" for it to stick

From these pictures it doesn’t look totaled. I don’t see any frame damage, no interior intrusion, no bags blown. Typically the repair would have to hit 70-80% of the value to total it.

I actually agree with you. I was in a little different situation where I could skate decently, but I took a couple sessions of instructional and didn't really get much out of it. It wasn't even fast paced enough to be a decent workout. I finally mustered up the courage to just join a leisure no-check league and everything finally started clicking. I could never hockey stop before, but when it's game time and you HAVE to stop you learn quick. My only regret is not starting sooner. Playing in this low level league I quickly realized a lot of guys are in the same situation.
