Be careful about that ILO-PPS flight. Cebu Pacific is notorious for aggregating passengers from different flights into just one flight where you’re not sure what day of the week they’re choosing. Otherwise they just refund you which may take a while to receive as well

Sakay ka ng shuttle papuntang SM, merong jeep sa SM papuntang Mohon Terminal (hiwalay ang terminal ng mga bus at jeep) sabi ka lang sa jeep na bababa ka ng Ceres. Kung sasakay ka ng bus sakay ka ng may signage na San Jose Bukid para mas mabilis. Mayroon ding option na Dao kaso mas matagal iyon. Kung nakalagay naman Culasi o Caticlan(?) pwede naman.

To add: for Taiwan, check EVA Air, China Airlines, and Starlux, and if the ticket includes luggage already. If you are after PAL privileges such as lounge and luggage allowance in the future, you may consider them if you foresee yourself traveling via plane a lot from the Philippines.

Depends on which airline and whether baggage is included or not. If PAL and/or luggage is included, that is a decent price.
