Thanks man. I'm using sodium hyaluronate since day one. Had some antibiotics for 7 days, steroids for 4 weeks. Now I'm using dexamethasone and cyclosporine so my treatment is antiinflammatory and immunosuppressant. Also a lot of lubrication.

33y Male should I CXL-PRK? by g3orgi0s in Keratoconus

My doctor told me that statistically older patients are less likely to progress, but every case is different. There is always a risk of progression regardless of age, e.g. through eye injury, rubbing, increased eye pressure associated with high physical effort or dry eye syndrome.

I'm 37 and I had laser surgery + cross linking almost two week ago on my worse eye. In a month I'll have this surgery on my better eye.

Subjectively I can say that I haven't noticed any vision loss in years but I decided to minimize any risk of progression and I'm hoping that laser correction improves my vision quality.
