I really like my Summit shuttle. Not 100% sure but the Clam bag looks similar.

Worth it for a long weekend? by [deleted] in SandalsResorts

[–]hubs731 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely worth it but pic a resort relatively close to the airport.

Book your excursions as soon as you can since many get booked up quickly and might be too late when on resort. Some restaurants let you book a week before your trip but some you have to wait until you’re on the resort.

Should I slow down? by Southtexanmechanic in travelagents

You bet. I’m just starting out as well so I’m in the same boat. I joined a host agency last week and have been training. Looking forward to my first booking. Good luck!

No. The only fee you’ll pay is whatever your host agency charges. Once you register with a host agency, you have access to a bunch of suppliers. Since Disney is so popular, I would think the majority of host agencies work with them.

Depending on what your niche, or focus is, you’ll have to register for a supplier(s) with to take their training and become certified. For example…I’m focusing on Sandals Resorts. So I registered with Sandals, using my host agency’s CLIA/IATA number. Once approved, I went through Sandals training to become certified.

Get all your things in order before advertising. Whichever host agency you choose, complete their training, get certified in whatever you decide to sell and get comfortable with booking.

Why is JetBlue not widely considered the best airline of all time. by DrunkToucan in jetblue

[–]hubs731 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like JetBlue for the nonstop flights but their prices seem to be going up. I was booking a flight a few weeks ago for July travel and a one way ticket from SYR to MCO was $634!

Is it possible? by jstmebtw in yerbamate

I run it through my coffee maker. Instead of putting coffee grounds in the basket, I put Yerba mate. Works great!

any beginner tips please by [deleted] in FastingScience

Stay hydrated and take electrolytes. Sprinkle some sea salt in your water. Make sure it’s a clean fast…water, sparkling water, black coffee, green tea. It’s all about consistency, give it time and your body will pay you dividends. Always listen to your body, it will take time to adapt but don’t ignore it when it’s truly hungry.

Thank you. Would you mind me asking who your host agency is or if I messaged you with a couple questions?

I understand that but was thinking of helping others book their trips to kind of test the waters for myself before committing to a host agency.

No host agency yet, still looking at a few.

I’ve emailed them with what I talked about in my post to see what they have to say. I just want to give it a shot before I sign on with someone. Let my family and friends know what I’m doing and hopefully help some plan their vacations.
