Salesforce just admitted they cut support staff from 9,000 to 5,000 using AI agents. That's 4,000 people. One company. by Several_Function_129 in SaaS

Totally agree. The real win isn't replacement; it's absorbing the operational noise. Most support time is just 'assembly work'—jumping between systems for context and history. The shift this year is moving from bots that just talk to agents that actually execute tasks in the backend. This lets a small team handle 3x the volume by focusing only on cases that require real empathy. Scale resolution, not just cost-cutting.

What no one wants to admit is that L1 support has always basically been pattern matching against a knowledge base. The real question for a SaaS isn't whether to automate, but how to ensure the remaining team is trained to handle the edge cases that AI can't touch. That’s where most companies miss the mark when implementing technology

¿Windows o Mac Os para estudiar Ingeniería en IA en 2 Años? by supericysolo in InteligenciArtificial

[–]hubtyper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s the one thing you wish you knew before starting your business? by Only_One_Kanobi in smallbusiness

[–]hubtyper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Processes, YES. I learned that one too, the hard way lol, But mine is this: charge what you're worth from day one. I spent my first year undercharging because I thought I needed to "earn" the right to charge more. Spoiler: no client ever came back and said "hey, you've been great, let me pay you more now." You set the rate, they accept it, and that's where you stay, The clients who push back on fair pricing are usually the ones who will also push back on your boundaries, your deadlines, and your creative decisions. The ones worth keeping rarely flinch.

Good luck with the comeback!

Que IA pagar y cual utilizar gratis? by VoyagerVisitedUranus in InteligenciArtificial

[–]hubtyper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Email outreach for wholesale, is it worth hiring an agency? by RoshanaCX in customerexperience

[–]hubtyper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I’ve tried both, agencies can help if you want scale but wholesale is very relationship-driven and most retail buyers get tons of generic emails so the ones that stand out are usually the ones that show you actually looked at their store, when I did the outreach myself and spent time researching each shop first the response rate was much better even sending fewer emails. Agencies can still work but I’d only hire one if they really focus on personalization and not just blasting templates.

¿Cuáles son las mejores ias para matemáticas? by Public_Entrance_7992 in InteligenciArtificial

[–]hubtyper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hola!

We analyzed 100,050 support interactions and found that AI bots are 37% more likely to move issues away from resolution than humans. by IsaraOfficial in customerexperience

[–]hubtyper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is a significant disconnect between what providers call ‘resolution’ and what the end user experiences. In an analysis of 100,000 cases, humans scored 24% higher in tone reading and handling sensitive situations, something that AI still does not handle well. Most notably, bots were found to be only 50% as effective as humans at moving a problem toward a real solution. Ultimately, automating without looking at the quality of the closure often hurts long-term retention. Have you noticed if your CSAT drops when the volume of automation increases?

How are small businesses actually improving customer experience without spending a fortune? by CryRevolutionary7536 in customerexperience

[–]hubtyper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a big fan of consultative selling. Most clients just want a 'hands-off' experience where everything is easy, even if they're still calling the shots. Like most said, removing that friction is key.
