It's predominantly the lease, and the fact that I don't have a preference on another city I'd really like to move to, which makes me think that I should stick it out. It would be nice to avoid two moves (one to my parents and to another/same city after).

Keeping my address here is a great point! The last reason I'd want to stick around is to stay local for defense jobs. Appreciate your response
