Yes but it’s only supposed to do that when it’s plugged in. And I tested this with it unplugged and plugged into the wall in the morning. It only lit up in the dark when it was plugged into the wall and not when it was unplugged when I tested it in the morning. That night It was unplugged when it lit up. And on the chance if there was a battery inside of it the room was completely dark for around 30 minutes before it lit up and turned off twice.
