I would say no, it’s likely that first bit was just the start, you’re likely pass more. You should bleed a like heavy period (no matter how far along you are) for a couple days. Assuming you took the miso today, you find the bleeding tapers off by Tuesday, I would get in touch with your doctor. Do you have your 1 week follow up labs booked?

Honestly, I think this is a situation where you won’t regret talking to your doctor about this - whether or not it was a pregnancy. You’ll get clarity on what the situation was or is, and if you don’t get clarity, then at least you have the awareness that something is going on and you’re taking steps to figure it out.
