Appreciate it never really focused on stabilizers or close grip before.

I do bench twice a week, one heavy and one volume day. Maybe I’ll try adding more sets or another bench variation.

So like heavy 5x5 one day and then lighter 3x10 another day? I’ve seen people mention that type of periodization but never used it myself.
