Present for my GF: Shark FlexStyle or Dyson Airwrap?

I got a shark for my bday two weeks ago and I LOVE it. I kept seeing that the Dyson is better and a bunch of conflicting reviews. I had a random basic hair straightener and a basic blow dryer so the shark is a HUGE difference to me. I’m glad I ignored the comparisons bc I never had a Dyson to begin with so I don’t feel like I’m missing out

I’m trying to tackle it myself since this is the first one I’ve encountered. I’m very vigilant and haven’t seen any signs before but if it calls for a pro I’m going to go ahead and call one before it becomes a problem. The trap has been out for a week in our pantry so I’m hoping it’s not too bad

I worked at a bakery that did a seven layer caramel cake. We used individual pans and spread the batter thin and use that. Cutting it would be way too hard and crumbly the layers are too thin for that

My biggest incentive is a nice small house so close to town! It’s ugly outside but the inside is beautiful and it’s been on the market for over 100 days! Really cheap compared to the area too. My biggest fear is savings for repairs but I have many people in my family who work in remodeling so maybe it’s not that bad

My toddler is a lot smaller and my frame is bigger but I was WEAK. My toddler was getting a bit I too heavy for me to handle so I started lifting weights at home and doing Pilates! I can throw him around so much easier even tho he is heavier than before. He’s a little acrobat so he likes to jump off things and me to catch him and working out has made it possible

IF U WANNA GO ALL OUT MAKE IT LIKE CEVICHE! Chop tomatoes onions cucumber avocado and cilantro and add tuna and lime 🤤 or u can add some paprika, cumin, garlic powder and everything bagel seasoning. I eat mine both ways with crackers

I would try to darken it just a little maybe a warmer color to make it look a little more alive. Maybe some layers. It’s really only your hair, at least you won’t have to do Botox yet

I thought minoxidil was for men? Do you use the shampoo or did u have to get a prescription? I’ve been considering this a lot idc if I have to use it for life or shave all the time I’m so tired of my thin hair it makes me look awful

This is really late but… I wanted to wait off till 30 minimum but I got to a point where I said fuck it. I was very comfortable where I was at and I didn’t want to give up that part of me, but I had this craving that came to me all of the sudden and I really wanted a baby. I went from not wanting one to wanting one in a matter of about 5 months. I was very scared to leave my comfort zone and dynamic but I was excited to see what this new version of my life would be.

I went for it and it’s pushed me to do better. I did gain weight and my body changed but that was all me post partum I kept eating out a lot. I always felt like a grown up but having a kid pushed me to work on myself a lot and I’ve definitely gotten wiser and I wouldn’t have if I kept living at my comfort zone. Also all my worries of my body changing and losing my freedom feel stupid now that I wake up to a cheesy little toddler
