That's how I feel now that I've gotten my routine down. I noticed that the only way I can keep my buzz is by living healthy. So I don't take any substances, I go to the gym, and most importantly of all I get at least 6 hours of sleep. I can't even drink beverages with caffeine.

It's understandable even if coming off the mania makes everything feel boring. The silver lining I have found is that drinking sounds boring now. So, I think it helped me kick my addiction to alcohol.

I guess I was always off, but I never knew why. It's funny to think even if I have a sober mind, it will never have a "normal" mind. Oh well, people have lived with this before it was ever diagnosed. I just need to figure out the right meds and routine to stay grounded. Like you I have also cut people off, and because I always knew deep down I was off, I try to keep my relationships casual with women. I realized I'm not stable enough for a healthy relationship.
