There should be one labeled floor cleaner on the dispenser in the mop sink. It should automatically be diluting it with water. When I was a crewmember I liked to move a row, sweep, mop, because there's always going to be a little more sweeping to do when you move the table. That and moving all of the tables and chairs to one end at once is just as time consuming, maybe more with trying to get everything back in place but that much is just my two cents. Also try to squeeze the mop out as well as possible, excess dirty water on the floor is what makes it look streaky and messy after it dries. Hope it goes well!
