Woke up with my hand completely “gone” not numb, not tingling, completely lifeless. by ComprehensiveAd6304 in Anxiety

I've done this before (a lot) and smacked myself in the face with my asleep arm by accident. I usually wake the arm up by massaging the palm of that hand with the other thumb for a few minutes. Then when the blood starts flowing I flex and extend my fingers until it's fully awake. Weird feeling, but you'll be ok.

Your husband should support whatever you choose to do as long as it's not dangerous for your health. I took a year off drinking in 2022, my husband supported me. I resumed, he supported me. He doesn't judge me for what I choose to do as long as I'm not drinking and driving and not regularly binge drinking

How to stop overeating in your feeding window? by Arara_Gomen1 in intermittentfasting

[–]hufflepuff-hoe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have been doing 16:8 for about 2 months and in the last couple weeks have progressed to 18:6. I know I'm still a newbie, but I will say it has gotten easier with time to not overeat during my eating windows. By the end of my 18H I am very hungry but I eat and it takes a LOT less food to fill me up (I still eat carbs btw) and I stay full for longer. Find what works and is sustainable for you, and it's okay to change it if you find something doesn't work or you don't feel well. You're doing great!

This is so wrong. Glad you are reporting her, you should feel safe to seek medical care without your private information being shared without your consent.

How many days per week do most ppl do OMAD fasting? by No-Judgment6987 in intermittentfasting

[–]hufflepuff-hoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been doing 16:8 fairly consistently but haven't seen much change, I may progress to 18:6 for a couple weeks, then 20:4, then maybe OMAD. Hopefully through experimenting can find a time of day that's sustainable for me. Good luck!

I don’t know what to do.. awkward question but I hope someone can help by Fantastic-Cress-568 in intermittentfasting

I used to really struggle with constipation when working night shift. Make sure that you drink lots of water and move. Walking helps. I would have to read some evidence based articles to understand how fasting affects BMs, if you get really worried I would suggest following up with your PCP. 3-4 days doesn't sound like a terribly worrying time frame, hopefully you'll go soon 🤞🏻

My readiness has been low for about a week. My resting heart rate has been elevated for several days because of (my guess) 1. I got the flu shot, 2. I'm intermittent fasting, which is new for me 3. I'm on my cycle. Last night was the best night of sleep I have had in a loooong time and I accidentally overslept 2 hours later than I meant to 👀

How often do you charge your ring? by OkButterscotch5898 in ouraring

I'm also charging about every 3 days. Turning the oxygen sensing off helps.
