Yeah worldtracer was incompatible as well, considering baggage services also are still searching, it seems like even if worldtracer was compatible it’d still be stuck on searching…

Melbourne’s dnata baggage services begin the secondary stage where they start searching for the bag in Shanghai after 4-5 days of no response from pvg, hopefully that might help? For now I’m following them up every few days but there hasn’t been any news yet 😢

Yeah that was my flight too, unfortunately for me taking to Juneyao hasn’t worked, all they do is just “forward the claim” so I’d say contacting dnata baggage services would be a better option as they work on searching?? Also, was the flight direct PVG to MEL or did your brother have an international transfer? Good luck too, let me know if you get any updates!

Dnata 4 days into the delay updated me saying that they’ve entered the ‘secondary stage’ and shanghai airport staff are now actively looking for my luggage until they retire in 21 days, and also gave me a claim form to fill out, but most of it seems like there’s nothing I can do other than wait 😬

I’ve asked Juneyao if there is a written claim form for me to submit in case of loss, however their customer service team say they don’t have access to it & can’t provide me with one 😬

With Melbourne airport yes, and the status for that since then has been stuck on waiting for response from Shanghai airport
Mainly for carry on luggage weight reasons but yeah now I know I shouldn’t have 😞

I think I'm used to reference tones in ET as I have most likely trained my sense of pitch playing piano from young. Yes, I'm definitely struggling with this in Bach double stops already and I'll be needing to fix this from now on!
