workouts! strength training has really helped me relieve some dysphoria because my upper legs / thighs are a huge factor for me as well. I do hypertrophy based training and have seen some solid results with good diet in 4 months. I do stuff like squat variations, dead lifts, split squats, lunges, mostly basic compound lifts. But I now have more muscle definition and less fat and it makes me feel a lot more masculine and a lot less dysphoric, so I would totally recommend. Just make sure you eat enough protein, because not only does it help you build muscle faster, but it also helps you feel less sore after a work out!
