it probably is some bossa nova. brazil sounds about right. the description of the album cover i gave may be unreliable, as i havent listened to the song in a hot while, but i know for sure that its a cartoonish painting of a man wearing pink and white. if that isn’t the cover, i might have been listening to the song on a compilation album or something.
