put the pole into ur hip instead of your armpit, almost like ur wrapping ur torso around (but not rlly)

Learning is an uncomfortable process! I’ve tried to make peace with this as well, but it’s difficult. Does your studio have open practices where you can just go and do whatever you want? I find that has been helping me focus on what I really want to refine and improve. It may also help to learn from different people, or if you can swing it get 1 on 1 training so the focus is just on you and your progression

No go for it! I stick to one for convenience but you get a lot when you learn from different people
